The home is surrounded by forest, offering ample privacy, and likely visited by a variety of birds and wildlife, including a mother deer who brings her young to nibble in the grassy yard.

It is only a few minutes drive to the town of Deer Isle, or the active fishing village of Stonington. Likewise, it is nicely located to take advantage of the nearby sites and activities of Blue Hill, Castine, Camden, Bar Harbor and Acadia. |
