Mooring Available:  Private mooring available for added fee.

Accommodations:  Privately situated Oceanview/Oceanfront 2/3 bedroom guest cottage on 4 acre Morgan Bay Estate, w/ adjacent tennis courts, private beach.

Amenities:
Tennis Court, private beach, gas fireplace, satelite t.v. w/ vcr (large selection of movies), washer and dryer, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, charcoal grill, lg book collection, games, coloring books, puzzels.

Common Areas:
Living room, Eat-in Kitchen, deck

Bedrooms: 
Downstairs - Master with Queen Bed
Upstairs - 2 sleeping areas (Queen & 2 Twins) separated by closet and enclosed stairwell. 

Bathrooms: 1 full bath downstairs

Grounds:  4 acre property on Morgan Bay - including pasture with horse (not available for riding - but very friendly!) Shore access for cottage via 100 ft path through woods leading to private setting with lawn chairs and picnic table for your use.

Nearby: The Lobster Shack:  boiled lobsters, clams, kayak/bike rentals & more, Carrying Place Beach - warmest salt-water swimming beach in area.
