Rates are for one week rental. Holiday weeks rates may be higher. $300 refundable security deposit, $175 cleaning fee,  Maine 7%  tax are additional. Please, no smoking! 

 Accommodations: Charming cottage on prime rocky shorefront w/ beach, dock and acreage w/ trails.  The homes close proximity to shoreline and ample bay windows allows for spectacular ocean views.

Amenities: Dock, fireplace, fully equipped home, all linens included, outdoor seating, gas grill.
Common Areas: Living room, dining area, kitchen, office, wrap-around deck.

(bedrooms 3 & 4 each have built in twin size bunks - thus each room sleeps 2)

Grounds: This wonderful family home boast a PRIME oceanfront setting.  Located on a nearly 100 acre seaside parcel on Buckmaster Neck on Spruce Harbor,  "The Main House" overlooks the Deer Isle Thoroughfare and multiple islands, including Sheep and Saddleback Island, as well as many other nearby islands.  Varied shoreline with both rocky frontage and beach area, and wooded acreage with trails.
