Accommodations: Adorable 3 bedroom, 2 bath historic cottage on picturesque Indian Point Road.  Hardwood flooring throughout. Sleeps 6.

Amenities: Fireplace, satelitte tv w/ dvd and vcr, microwave, charcoal grill, lobster pot, iron, games, puzzles, outdoor seating.  Fully equipped home.  All linens for bed, bath & kitchen. High speed internet.
Common Areas: Living room, sitting room, dining area, kitchen, balcony.

 Bathrooms: Full bath, 1/2 bath and "mini shower closet".

Grounds:  3/4 acres on Indian Point Road.  Grassy front yard with adirondack chairs and stone patio w/ table, chairs and chiminea - wooded back yard.  Ocean glimpses.  Only 1 minute walk to shorefrontage and Stonington Lobster Coop or  5 minute walk in to downtown Stonington or Ames Pond.  

Pet Policy: It can exceedingly difficult to find quality rentals that allow pets.  This cottage is potentially pet friendly, but only to pet owners who guarantee the utmost of care in insuring no ill effects or property damage from their pet.  Added pet cleaning fees will insure that the cottage is scrupulously cleaned following any pet's stay. Pet owners MUST remove all pet waste, and never leave pets alone in the house unattended unless crated. Pets are to remain off all furnishings.   Additional security deposit fees will be required.  Be aware, responsible pet behavior will be strictly enforced, and security deposit fees will be utilized for any pet damage.

If you have any doubt about the behavior of your pet, it is not recommended you bring your pet to this property.

However, if you have a well behaved pet that you properly supervise, you and your pet are very welcome at this property.
