This property is situated on a quiet back road with a right of way to the water. There you will find both a canoe and kayak to use for paddling to islands that can be seen from the house.

"Lilac Cottage" is fully furnished with linens, kitchen utensils, a washer and dryer and more. The newly remodeled kitchen gives the antique character of the house a "zippy look" and feel.

The deck overlooks a sweet little garden. The setting is ideal for nature lovers; plenty of wildlife to be seen and heard....yet only 10 - 15 minutes away are good restaurants, art galleries, music, theatre, cultural events, golf course, tennis courts, beaches, hiking trails and shops. And your pet is welcome, too!

Special Notice: Ceiling heights of homes of this age are generally lower. Lilac Cottage has 7.5ft ceilings.
 Pet Policy: Few rentals of this caliber allow pets. Please help keep pet friendly homes available by providing the utmost of care and proper supervision of your pet. Added pet cleaning fees insure that the cottage is scrupulously cleaned following any pet stay. Additional security deposit fees will be required. Be aware, responsible pet behavior will be strictly enforced, and security deposit fees will be utilized for any pet damage.
