Edgehill is a large Maine "summer cottage" with eight+ bedrooms on a huge 120 acre parcel, perfect for family vacations and reunions.  It is in Sargentville, a quiet village, a "suburb" of Sedgwick.  This historic farmhouse looks down across pasture and woodland to 500' of shore frontage on the famous sailing lanes of Eggemoggin Reach.  100 more acres stretch behind the house, with extensive trails through the woods, blueberries to pick and your own private pond.

From back side of farm, path leads down to pond.

Living Room with fireplace has hundreds of books.

Large dining room with harpsichord.  Ample space for large family/group gatherings.
