This enchanting studio is cradled in a miniature pasture-like setting, yet surrounded by Stonington’s active harbor side town. Situated on the lower level, Crow’s Nest is a bright and cheerful 2 bed - 1 bath abode. A private balcony, deck and personal entrance allow complete privacy. Professionally decorated interiors utilize a palette of color to mirror the beautiful hillside of cascading flowers outside. A spacious kitchen and living room allow you to truly make yourself at home. A full bank of windows absorbs the breathtaking view, where a hammock summons you to rest on the shaded balcony, or sit and enjoy wine and cheese on the patio table and chairs.

Only a few minutes walk brings you harbor side, or into town to enjoy Stonington’s many attractions, including restaurants, galleries, shops, theater, museums and more. A short ferry ride takes you to Isle au Haut for biking and hiking, or you can rent kayaks from local outfitters and explore beautiful spruce clad islands with dolphins and seals tagging along behind. Or just sit and relax at Crow’s Nest and appreciate this active lobstering village from above.

Amenities:
Open living room – kitchen – and eating area plus full bath. Two new twin pillow top beds with fitted large pillow backs and coverings act as secondary sitting area during the day, and quickly transform for night time sleeping arrangements. Maximum two guests, please. Open air deck, wood patio, grill, refrigerator, new oven and stove, microwave, kitchen, covered deck, open wood patio, washer, line for drying, hammock, fresh flower arrangements. Enjoy expansive harbor views!!
