community, facilitates the complete leasing process, and coordinates conscientious property management and
oversight of your rental.

techniques to obtain maximum exposure for your property. We invest
heavily in advertising!!
* We provide an extensive online display of your property,
including printable map, brochure and up to date availability calendar - and
all important display of multiple photos.
* We supply you with top quality renters
for your desired maximum seasonal occupancy at your rental
property. We will NOT exceed the maximum number of guests you
determine suitable for your property, and will adhere to the guidelines you
set for your rental.
* We provide all appropriate rental materials to guests.
* We manage all leasing and financial services relating to
the rentals of your property.
* We provide general oversight for dealing with the day to day needs of your home
during the rental period.
* We are available to and provide assistance for your vacation rental guests
throughout the rental season, making sure they have an enjoyable stay,
and that your home is respected.
* Our cleaners serve a dual role as cleaners and property
overseers, specifically trained to closely monitor your property, insuring
the property is IMMACULATELY cleaned, replace supplies, report on any
matters needing attention.
* If needed, we can further assist
you with the year-round caretaking and property management needs of your
cottage, including opening and closing of properties.
* As a home-office based operation, we are available both day and night to
field inquiries for your property, and be available to both guests and
homeowners on a 24/7 basis. Likewise, our cleaners and property
managers are an instrumental part of our business - a full team approach
where we all work together to care for our owners, renters, and properties.
* Commission: Our commission is only 15% - based on total
monies collected for your rental.
